Lucerne’s piano festival «Le Piano Symphonique» from 2024 with Martha Argerich as «Pianiste Associée»
A week full of bliss is on the programme of the Luzerner Sinfonieorchester’s piano festival «Le Piano Symphonique» 2024 from 16 – 21 January 2024 in Lucerne. With Martha Argerich as «Pianiste Associée», the piano festival «Le Piano Symphonique» will once again opens up completely new possibilities and facilitates top-flight pianistic collaborations: an illustrious circle of outstanding pianists will gather on the banks of Lake Lucerne for this event in the third week of January. Together with Martha Argerich, Maria João Pires and Elisabeth Leonskaja as well as a number of leading pianists of the next generation such as David Fray, Benjamin Grosvenor, Oliver Schnyder and Kit Armstrong will cast a pianistic enchantment over Lucerne from 16-21 January 2024 and world-famous greats such as violinist Janine Jansen and Mischa Maisky on cello will provide complementary chamber music to the programme.
