Molyvos International Music Festival takes part in Creative Europe Programme

The 2020 edition of the Molyvos International Music Festival (MIMF) will take place from 8-19 August 2020. This year’s motto is “Odyssey”. Two world premieres are planned, one by a Greek female composer, the other one by Nickos Harizanos, who has been composer in residence at the Molyvos International Music Festival before.

Also in 2020, the MIMF participates in the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union. The Title of the project is “Musique est une femme” and therefore the concert of August 18th will be dedicated to female composers.
A video competition is also part of the Creative Europe project.
